Property is very good and service is fast but I found it overcharged in terms of food and also refrigerator in room was not working. So I give it average rating.

All the facilities of the hotel were very good and the staff was also very good. Everything, cleanliness and good!

If you're travel-ling from delhi. The traffic jams are gonna take a huge toll on you. Rooms are okay. Definitely not more than 3 star. Housekeeping and restaurant people won't ever pick up the phones. A la carte dinner was very high priced. Best was the breakfast buffet. And the hospitality of the people.

The check in experience was horrendous. The staff is ill trained, uncouth and completely unhelpful.

Staff was very polite

The property is reasonably good but maintained very poorly. We had booked and asked for non smoking room but the room had a smoke smell. The bedsheet had stains. The refrigerator made a lot of noise, so ah d to switch off. The electric kettle smelled badly. On request for change, another one smelled equally bad. Ankther one didn't work. Finally got one after much effort and a lot of delay. Such a huge effort to get one cup of morning tea. Breakfast at the restaurant was reasonably good, compared to the stay experience. Hotel needs a proper sop to maintain and keep things in order.

Not worth at all very bad service, not know how to speak with guests and very bad property no ac can't access pool after 7 pm very very bad experience

Good place to stay and food is also good. Pool side is also good to hangout. The rooms are also very big and neat and clean.
