Great location heritage property

Hotel location was good and all staff behavior was very polite and all tourist spots are near by hotel. Safety and security is too good.

Staff was rude. Hotel needs to be hygienic. Staff is rude Over quality should be improved

I enjoyed in this property. It makes you feel as if you are staying in a heritage property. The food was good, spacious rooms, helping staff and very instant.

The Hotel is located very centrally and the ambiance of the Hotel is very royal and majestic. It's excellent value for money. The complimentary breakfast is tasty but limited in variety. Staff is courteous and helpful. Overall excellent experience.

No choice in breakfast. Tandoor was not working for dinner

Location is good but still the interior is old and tv is old, CRT type, no ac control, light is poor, not sufficient, no much food selection

Cleaning is questionable, rats are roaming around in the restaurant. Limited food option. Pathetic quality of room service and heavily over priced.

Location is perfect. Food was good. Ideal, value for money service. No running hot water in rooms. Layers of dust under the bed. Dirtiest fresh air ventilation I have seen in years. Staff is nice and courteous but they were wearing different jackets on top of their uniforms. Some of them had not shaved. Periodic inspection of fire extinguishers was due for more than 1.5 years. Major safety lapse. No feedback taken during checkout.

This property is great for its heritage feel. It's built very royally but maintenance has gone for toss! The room is spacious and good but need modern fittings. Rest, services and staff are good. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel was bang in the middle of the City and had a good front view. The rooms were big with not so good furniture. The kettle did not work. Room and bathroom were clean. The restaurant did not have all the items mentioned in the menu. Taste and service at the restaurant was great though. Overall god experience
Beds were shaky. They were two single beds put together. The gap in between was irritating.
