Resort is very nice and the ambiance is inviting. Good rooms and cleanliness. But food service was very slow and despite all the efforts they were not able to offer anything with mild spice for the kids. It was a good place to stay but not recommend for kids due to the food only.

I expected a better stay with the money i spent. Inspite of 5 hour delayed entry , I was not given 5 min extra during check out. I waited at the reception which is heavily infested by flies. I only felt comfortable with Neha at reception

However, the hotel is located quite far from the city, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. Additionally, there were some mosquitoes in the room, which was a bit bothersome. Despite these minor issues, the stay was comfortable, and the hospitality was commendable.

Hotel ambiance is very good. The front desk manager is very polite. Food was average serving without complimentary salad and chatney. Service is very delayed for everything, specially in food serving. Breakfast has only 2 option in display.
