Best Stay in Jaipur, loved it

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort! Everything was perfect — from the serene atmosphere to the excellent service. The rooms were spotless, and the food was delicious. I have visited Balaji Seven Hills with my spouse. I must say the property is good and the hospitality they offer is a notch better only. Although my stay was short this time but would love to visit again this property with my family and friends.

I expected a better stay with the money i spent. Inspite of 5 hour delayed entry , I was not given 5 min extra during check out. I waited at the reception which is heavily infested by flies. I only felt comfortable with Neha at reception

However, the hotel is located quite far from the city, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. Additionally, there were some mosquitoes in the room, which was a bit bothersome. Hotel ambiance is very good. The front desk manager is very polite. Food was average serving without complimentary salad and chatney. Service is very delayed for everything, specially in food serving. Breakfast has only 2 option in display.
