i'm absolutely aghast at the condition of this flats facility my family is afraid to drink the water from the water filter the fungus in the kitchen is not making my family to date go in the kitchen : there are no plates in case i think of ordering food [the steel tank is not accessible for cleaning nor for inspection, the water may go in as filtered, what's the suriy that the steel tank is frequently cleaned and after all it's placed in the service duct where it's susceptible to all sorts of drain pipe leakages

No safety, security. Care taker was asking extra charges for cleaning, electricity etc. Owner was not picking phone. Felt unsafe during stay. How do i review the property on the app. It's not giving me any option. Are all reviews controlled/paid on mmt?

Property was averagely maintained, only one caretaker number given, tv wasn't working. We need to ask for blanket which was not provided overall poor staying experience

Good stay, clear rooms and i did enjoy the stay. The location was reachable and easy check-in, amenities and services are good. No food service

Not so pleasant experience. Seems like unkept apartment with unclean bed sheet and sofa, saggy pillows and non working geyser.

Acs were not working properly. Both room's ac's were not cooling at all

Property was good. But no one was there for the house keeping even after calling the care taker

I had booked my apartment from makemytrip but they were asking me to pay electricity bill separately, very bad experience of that apartment

I have been to jaipur many times and well versed with the roads. Civil lines is one of the most posh areas to stay. It's where the cm of rajasthan stays and all big and important people. So u have a good locality. The apartment has a view of the railway track and the trains can be seen and heard. There is lot of sunlight the apartment is well stocked with all amenities. This stay is like extension of home to jaipur and ready to go.

Would definitely recommend. Caretaker is reachable and friendly

It was a great property in a very reasonable price. The place was clean and the caretakers were really polite and helpful. The location was very good as well. Overall, an amazing property. The owners and the caretakers are very understanding and helped us throughout the stay. Definitely made my diwali

Sofa was dirty with stains. Air conditioner was very noisy and broken. Walls have stains all over. Windows are not sound proof. There is a railway line close to the building and one could hear loud noise of trains all night. Flat has two toilets next to each other and separate by a wall plus glass on top of the wall and it is not soundproof. One can hear everything between these toilets. Very embarrassing and no privacy while you are toilets. Overall a very bad experience. We could not sleep well while night. This was my worst experience ever. Nothing else. Hope i don’t go through this nightmare experience again. Waste of money and worst experience.

Just check reviews before you book so no confusion about house keeping services otherwise host and caretaker were cooperative i loved the place as space

Location is splendid — bang in the middle of Civil Lines. The flats were very well constructed but suffer from pathetic maintenance. Cleaning − whether of floors or linen − leaves much to be desired. Mustiness pervades the flat. Toilets are clean but do not look cleaned owing to visible decay. Taps and fittings are jaded and crusted in water deposition. No Wi-Fi. Kitchen does not look safe to cook in. There is little crockery with cracks. There is no electric kettle or gas stove. Kitchen gadgets are bare minimum and poorly maintained. Sofa is spotted and unclean. The caretaker is a surly fellow and will not deign to be helpful. In conclusion, the apartment does not inspire confidence when one enters it.

Full size mirror should be there at-least in one room or hall area towel hangers in bathroom near washbasin required basic groceries such as salt, pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, lose tea, 500 ml at-least at a time when guests check in ro water purifier 5 amp power socket everywhere for charging basic gadgets like mobile and laptops sofa has stains and need periodic cleaning. No water pressure in right side room washroom shower despite all above suggestions and deficiencies, the property is fairly good and may be considered for my next stay.
