Photos depicted and polished to look good Far away from reality. Food was below average. Left the hotel within an hour and stayed elsewere in a better property.

Room was alright, hygienic and clean but not worth the price we paid for it per night. Our overall stay was just fine.

Washroom conditions are not upto the mark. Rooms are tiny and not sound proof.

I explored over mmt for stay in jaipur with my required filters like lift, so I got same what i wanted.It was nice and comfortable stay. Location was good.

1st Impression is Mini fridge is not working after That In TV Wifi Couldn't Connect Due To some Technical Issue In TV If I want Any Things I will call 2-3 Times For Those Needs To Fulfilled Their Manager Told That If U want Item Wait for Few minutes our staff Is Busy I'll pay for 1 night stay Their Food is also worst They Will Serve 1st Breads Before Ordering Subji When The Subji Is Arrived Breads are Cold

The hotel was not the same as shown listed in MakeMyTrip. All the facilities were old. The items in the bathroom are old & rusted.

The stay was pleasant, the staff was super cooperative, all the SOPs were following from the beginning till the checkout, we stayed for 2 nights and the stay was smooth, Tv in the room could be better, but it doesn't matter when you are getting everything else good.

Don't Book this hotel .only Location Is Good .rest all Rubbish.Tiny Rooms And Bathrooms.Poor Hospitality.. Pathetic Breakfast Service . No Tea coffee. Juice everything is finish When we Reach And time is 9 .20 am.after so many times we request then give tea on 10 am.poor in Dining u will get ur order after one hour .No bathroom Amenities.call many time then they give .each day u call for this .no Water in Flush.every thing is Mis manged .Over All Poor

Location wise property is very conveniently located near to main market, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal and other tourist destinations. Rooms are good with almost all required facilities and bit of improvement required in washrooms where there is a leakage. Food quality is awesome except dal makhani as it is not sweet.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and the check-in process was smooth. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though the room service is bit slow. The amenities, including the rooftop breakfast area and pool, were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur

Starting with one and only good thing: The Reception....A total contrast to what awaits you further. Rooms are small (linen was good though) and bathrooms are the smallest and in a dilapidated condition. Brokrn shabby tiles, stained dirty taps...filthy overall. The housekeeping staff seems completely untrained to say the least...won't keep towels..can go on and on... Food is below average... After complaints, they did change the room...but they have nothing better to offer. So....avoid at all costs.

The service overall either room or dining everything was super slow. Also tv was not working, cleaning was not on time. Very Average overall experience.

Overall a good stay but needs improvement in food service and shortage of staff. It took 1 hr to get the order we place inside the restaurant.

One night stay. Room not provided as per booking through Make my trip. Smaller than as shown in MMT. Bathroom shower fitting not good. No bucket and mug provided either for taking bath. However location is good.
