Terrible Stay

it was a terrible experience, 1. they gave us rooms on 2nd floor and there were no lift we had to up down with the stairs with kids. 2. rooms and washroom were too dirty, we changed the rooms but that was also dirty. 3. There is no water geyser in the washroom we had to skip bath because of that. 4. there were tini insects coming out of taps , I am not sure since how long they have not cleaned the water tanks. 5. we booked rooms with complimentary breakfast but after after seeing all this unhigine we could not make a courage of earing any thing there. So my breakfast money also got wasted. I regret booking this place.

horrible experience..Non AC room is given when we booked ac room ..after protest ac room is given..very bad service here..bad food quality also...every possible harassment is done here...flash not working in bathroom.. water tank empty but no one get initiative after complaints. so irresponsible they are...
