On the day of our departure, when the entry bridge was flooded and water was overflowing, your team went above and beyond to ensure we could still make our flight. A car and driver were promptly arranged, a staff member personally coordinated with CISF personnel at the airport, and even the General Manager himself stepped in to support us. Thanks to these extraordinary efforts, we were finally able to take our flight.
As I understand, this is a serious issue that can arise during flooding, since the entry bridge is the only way in and out of the property. This makes it not just an inconvenience but also a potential risk, and I believe it is important for this to be addressed as early as possible.
