Excellent Hospitality & Memorable Stay at Hotel Raffaele, Udaipur
Our stay at Hotel Raffaele was truly delightful! From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was top-notch, and every staff member made sure we had a comfortable experience. A special mention to Mr. Ravi Makwana, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even arranged a cake for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Highlights of Our Stay:
Warm Hospitality: The staff welcomed us with great enthusiasm, always polite, well-behaved, and wearing a smile.
Delicious Food: The restaurant served excellent food, both in taste and presentation. The variety in the menu was impressive.
Comfortable Stay: The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a pleasant ambiance.
Areas for Improvement:
1. Google Maps Issue: The hotel’s address on Google Maps leads to the staff parking area, which is quite confusing and even a bit scary due to the road conditions. A correction in the location and placing a hoarding/signboard at the highway would help guests find the hotel easily.
2. Menu Filtering Issue: While using the vegetarian filter in the restaurant menu, one non-vegetarian item still appeared. A proper update in the system would improve user experience.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for its service, food, and hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!
