the best resort, the best rooms with the hills view, top notch service. Amenities are very good. Staff are well behaved. Check in was very smooth. My kids too like Ananta. Definitely 5/5 stay here

Terrible Stay
food was tasteless , less qty , service timings were poor , quality cleanliness , every thing was worst , Property location was good amenities were less , just in half day , you will complete the resort tour and all the amenities again , service was very poor .

Good Place
Nestled amidst lush green hills and surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, the hotel is a perfect escape from the cacophony of city life. The panoramic views of dense forests and chirping of birds instantly make you feel at peace. The jungle view rooms are thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with nature; the décor features warm wooden tones and locally crafted furnishings. A few things need improvement: 1. Breakfast spread, all three days we stayed had to rely on the live menu; the normal spread lacked the variation, even none of the days kachori was served for breakfast. We were surprised to see that in Rajasthan. Also, the items were too sweet in taste. So maybe the management may relook into the spread being offered. 2. The service was not so swift, may be Diwali rush had a role to play in it. For example: the consumables like tea/coffee bags were not replenished daily.

Terrible Stay
Location, ambience was good. But the property is unable to cop up the number of check in because of Diwali. Lots of kaos in breakfast and in dinner. We have to wait for 1 and half hours to get the table for breakfast. We were there from 9 am got a table around 10. 30 am. Irony is that they were asking for extra charge for 30 minutes delay in check out that too because of delay in the breakfast. We raise our concern to the management as well.

pros 1) Beautiful resort surrounded by Nature and mountains 2)well maintained ,clean 3)Good Hospitality by Day time Manager Jagrut sir ,oasis restaurant staff Cons 1)Loud music with DJ till morning due to private party in zenith bar and banquet hall 2)when complaint raised night manager did not able to resolved it and behaviour is also unprofessional. so my advice to Family who wants peaceful stay i would not recommend this place.
