Do not be fooled by the sweet talking hosts over the phone. Once you reach the villa there is absolutely NO SIGHT of them and the helpers (only 2 of them) run the place. There were no indoor games as earlier told by them. Also As we reached there saw pool is covered with lots of insects and mosquito. When we asked for a cleaning they were like we had cleaned it in the morning. Then after we informed the Elivaas team but they had not given proper response and wasted our whole day. Later on they had asked us to shift to another lower grade property which was like a normal house Not a villa or else go to some other place. As we are with family along with kids and it was quite late so accepted as they told. We also asked them to refund the difference which was 20-25k. But they simply refused to give back. They don't listen once as they got full payment like they are the boss. Worst experience in Elivaas.
Don't suggest anyone these villa or any other property of elivaas.
