poor service
I was not even provided drinking water on asking in night. Also, bed condition was so poor that I had to sleep on floor.this is not at all value for money.they don’t allow early checking but forced to checkout on time when asked for 2 hrs delay check out .

The property lives up to the IBIS brand name. Very clean rooms without too much space but extremely functional. Very cheerful lobby and helpful staff.

Best for single traveller
As soon as I reached the hotel, Mr. Bhawani helped to find a nice parking in the basement. Then he was there every day in the lobby with a warm greeting. Though IBIS is famous for its small rooms and bathrooms but for a single traveller they are perfect. Everything is nice, clean, functional and fresh. This particular IBIS even has a very lively vibe to it, with live music in the lobby and lot of other happening things for all ages. The closeness to the metro was a boon as getting to Hawa Mahal was a breeze. The breakfast is good and well managed.

Poor Facility and Unprofessional behaviour of MakemyTri
Rooms were dirty, smelly and many room amenities were broken, not working and surprisingly raised complaint to makemytrip but they have also not taken it seriously and our whole trip got spoiled

Terrible Stay
People coming from outside are not allowed and even if someone comes for some time, the staff keeps disturbing them by calling again and again saying that Sir, we will not be able to allow them.

Terrible experience in IBIS jaipur
Very terrible experience in IBIS jaipur. Will plan again for this hotel . Rooms are very small with very congested and smelly bathrooms. Bathrooms are not even made of concrete and they looks like you live in any tents on mountains . Very limited breakfast options . Also at reception they confirmed me that you have queen bed , but they provide us room where they combine twin beds and form it a queen size . Very terrible and disgusting
