Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, Goa

Had a wonderful holiday, property is really good -location is also good (for people like calm and quiet place) would n't suggest to people who like shopping...Food and other activities are good But had one drawback -checked in around 4:30 pmand paid for extra beds while check in but they didn't get it till11:30pm(made us wait n wait -which we felt was not at all fair from the Resort staff's side)-but then then next 3 days all the staff's were good....

They are club mahindra members and non members very differently. Importance is given more to members. Housekeeping department is really bad . . Nothing is accessible from this location. And the pathetic part is the taxi association outside the resort and club mahindra allowing other resorts marketing people disturbing the tourists.

This place was booked just for a night. The room was very clean and spacious. The check in and check out was smooth. Staff is very friendly. Vegetarian food had wide spread and it was delicious. Beach is about 10 minutes away. Taxi and scooters are available just outside the gate for reasonable price.

Nice resort. Courteous staff. Excellent room service. Good service and easy check in & check out. Many options for kids to play in garden, play area, swimming tank etc. Relaxed stay with best spa services. And the last thing excellent food options for a vegetarian.

Good resort. Spacious and airy. Large rooms. Neatly kept. Staff is friendly and courteous. Only neg point it's not on the beach else it's quite a comfortable place to stay. I stayed only one night but don't mind returning to it in future.

I stayed in property on my anniversary and they made special arrangements for us gave good deal on buffet dinner, so it was a perfect stay at Club Mahindra. Food is awesome. Staff is very courteous. Great hospitality.

Good location. Very spacious room with additional room. Maximum amenities with ample of water very good room service. Excellent breakfast with varieties and humble service.

In-house restaurant is highly expensive.

The beach is about 7 to 10 minutes walk from the property. Other than that, everything was excellent food and service was great.

Commutation is the real problem as Goathland taxi union is so strong. And Club Mahindra doesn't have control over it. The fares are exorbitant. Around 2 kms they charge.

I know about all club Mahindra properties. Such as a extremely very best. So I this booked this. In short no other words for it...! It's a really very good experience.

Everything is taken care properly here. Food & location is good. Room maintenance was good.
