Review Of Vila Goesa Beach Resort (A Beach Touching Property )

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the lobby and hallways that only got worse in the room. It was musty and stale, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The room was poorly maintained — broken fixtures, dirty linens, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. There was no hot water, the no Wi-Fi, no 5G network for mobile and basic amenities like towels and toiletries were either missing or in poor condition. Staff were unresponsive and didn’t seem interested in addressing any of the issues I raised. I honestly regret booking this place, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Not worth the money at all.

Location of the resort is good. But everything else is pathetic – cleanliness, essentials, and every single thing was below standard.”

This is my 2nd Visit to Vila Goesa Beach Resort, but this time was not good. We were asked to wait in restaurant and there was no one to see to us. Restaurant was not serviceable as there was no one available to ask for water as well. Manager at Reception was Rude and totally unwelcoming, maybe overworked or so Not Sure. After much wait we were shown to our Room. For 3 Paid Guest, only 1 water bottle is the rule of the Resort Property. We may not like to visit again i Guess.

Great location and very good service . The staff is very helpful. It was a great time as we can explore the best attractions close by

We had an excellent stay in a peaceful environment with a friendly host. The swimming pool was great, and we truly enjoyed our time. It would be even better if they extended the pool timings beyond 6 PM for added convenience.

It was good stay with all the access and beach touching property. Safety and cleanliness is appreciated

hotel has very friendly staff and available on call immediately. very helpful for people new to Goa. Property is located in very amazing location of Baga beach and has excess to many shopping markets. lots of food and drinks places are nearby in walking distance of few minutes. I would highly recommend this property for stay in North Goa

Have stayed in the property earlier as well. Though it lacks maintenance, its a calm and quiet as preferred by some guests. There are lots of opportunities to rebuild this place. The only positive is the private path that leads directly to the beach

We stayed for three days. The cleaning is not a regular affair. One needs to call and clean. Refilling of water tissue is not done proactively. Again it needs to be asked. Restaurant is not having variety and extremely slow. Simple delivering of tea takes time. Once even when asked for lemon water we were told lemon not there. Room was spacious but not maintained. Balcony was dirty and broken. No exhaust in the bathrooms making it smelly. Leaking taps and also on and off hot water not there only good thing is walking distance to the beach and beautiful garden area or common area. Swimming pool was also operating. Rooms are airy.

Rooms were not ventilated there was some foul smell, the shower head was broken and no bucket or mug in the room.

Location good closer to the beach no food in property, we saw restaurant with no activity not much in form of amenities at property

Worst room service. Untidy rooms and despite repeated requests for cleaning no one attended. Left the room 01 day early before check out. Just got fed up with the hotel. Kindly look into refund of the amount for 01 day.

Though the resort is well planned and looks beautiful outside, the services are really bad with unprofessional staff. No handwash in bathroom, cleaning is not upto standard, restaurant is available only from 08:00-20:00 hrs. No landline to contact the reception, only mob no which is out of coverage most times or is just not received by the staff. Bad experience overall.

Overall property is good. But some facility not good. Some items are not working. I will visit this property few years ago that time is good. But now days not good experience. I hope they will do better services in next time. Thanking you

I loved my stay in villa goesa ,the guys at the counter were extremely helpful and the stay was very pleasant.i am very satisfied with property.

pros 1. location (direct access to beach) cons 1. No geyser 2. No landline in room 3. No tea kettle 4. Worst restaurant and very high price for tea (360 for 4 tea), Restaurant not available for dinner, No option to book room with breakfast 5. No water bottle (1 bottle for 4 days) 6. No comfortable mattress, small bed,dirty bedsheets 7. odd timings for swimming pool 8. Room wasn't cleaned even once in four days stay

The overall experience is good but, they need to provide better room service, apart from that security point of view it was great.

House keeping not done in 3 days. Service not good. Room allocated to us was not clean. Not worth it for the money.

Property location is very nice, near to beach. Amenities and service is also good. Good to stay in a group.
