Booked two rooms one for three nights and a second one for 8 nights with a spend of Day 1 we were checked in to the executive rooms in one room the main switch board had come out loose, refrigerators in both room were dirty . Day 2 they asked us to take 2 other smaller rooms citing they had already given it for group bookings, no electric kettles in any room and when requested room service for tea or hot water they would take 1.5 to 2 hours stating staff is busy with the group. They were not even able to deliver drinking water bottles on daily basis. Geezer in the our was giving electrical shock so we requested for a second change and asked for a clean up which they did not provide. This establishment is in middle of nowhere nearest convenient shop is at least 10 mins away by walk if you dont buy what you need during the day time, you will only be able to get the next day.

First of all, good infra but poorly maintained. As usual,like the Goa's , the service so poor like they don't need the customers at all. All over, 2/5 ratings.

Room was clean , but no dustbin , no proper water supply at all , would you just reimburse ??

First thing first , value for money . 1100 bucks for a property near beach is fantastic. Property is well put up nice and tidy . You should not be expecting something crazy but yes complete value for money it is.
