The stay was nothing like the image, AC was not working. Fridge was not working, and the pool is like a very small.

Had an amazing stay here. We had booked for 2 nights. Room was very clean and maintained. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Sumitra who helped us with the check-in. Though the check-in time was 2pm, the staff allowed us to checkin by 12 and also accomodated our last checkout request 😊. In all had a wonderful experience and stay here. Location wise it is very close to Patnem beach and has close proximity to the highway.

I stayed at Crystal Goa Emerald Edition with my wife and parents, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering just the right comfort we needed for a relaxing vacation. The swimming pool was spotless and refreshing, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. One thing we really appreciated was the in-house scooty rental service – super convenient for exploring the area without any hassle. A big shoutout to the resort staff, especially Shubham, who went out of his way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His hospitality and helpful nature truly stood out. Another major plus – Patnem Beach is just a 2-minute walk from the resort! It made catching sunsets and early morning strolls so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort for families and couples looking for a peaceful yet convenient stay in South Goa. Would definitely love to return!

The location is good. The staff is good. There is room for improvement like Telephone in the room to contact the reception, restaurant etc

Crystal Goa Emerald provides a wonderful and comfortable space for guests, with the swimming pool being one of the hotel’s biggest highlights. Even though the city sometimes has power cuts, this hotel has a powerful backup generator to keep important things like air conditioners running. Plus, the staff is known for being very polite and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.

The property is beautiful. Less than 100 m from patnem beach. Slightly overpriced, but does have big beautiful rooms, clean bathrooms, well maintained swimming pool.

The room service of the hotel was not good and water was dripping in the wash room despite many compliments the phone in the room was not available so that conversation with reception, house keeping and restaurant was not smooth and called them from my own mobile

rooms are clean and good pool is small staff are decent food is good, cafe staff are in hurry to take orders and takes too much time to deliver the orders. Hotel is walkable distance to beach.

Excellent location, nice staff, good food, big rooms, greenery around the hotel, good nearby shopping options with grocery store, i would like to visit the same place again for sure with my family

Good proximity to the beach and nice ambiance. Downside - Washroom was stinky which could be better managed.

The hotel is great, staff is also polite and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and maintained clean. We had a good stay. Beach is just walkable from the hotel. Points to consider before booking: this property does not have lift. Parking is arranged in open space few meters from the hotel so if you have to get something or keep something back be prepared to walk. Cafeteria is across the street. Although food is good the paid breakfast is actually not a buffet and you can order only one dish and the portions are also not filling. I would totally skip this if i ever happen to book this again. Sachin who was managing the orders at cafe needs some training as he was clearly biased towards customers. Tvs are for name sake, you can only watch you tube and they are very slow. So if you just want to be indoor on a sunny afternoon forget watching tv.

It was nice place to stay. This hotel 100 meters from beach. Nice beach and clam, quiet. It’s a nice place to stay for family.
