I had a memorable time With my family at Taj Heritage Hotel it was a very nice experience location is very good, staff was helpful and courteous Diwali celebrations was awesome, the rooms are well kept and the food had lots of variety.

Nice Vacation stay. Hospitality is wonderful and we had a nice time with family. Wonderful pool and proximity to the beach.

The staff went above and beyond to make our baby’s birthday unforgettable, from decorating the room to surprising us with a cake and the sweetest smiles all around. The room service team was always available, kind, and patient, making our stay with an infant so effortless. They even prepared fresh baby food exactly how we wanted — such a thoughtful touch! Every meal we had was delicious, and every moment felt warm and personal. The start from the welcome to the whole vehicle transfer and transfer to the station and the whole stay it was fabulous and the team was very courteous & dedicated to all requirements to be cleared properly.

We had a fantastic stay at Taj Cidade de Goa. The property is well maintained, the pool and private beach were spotless, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Check-in felt a bit chaotic due to the rush, and the clubhouse and kids’ play area could use more options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we’d love to return. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Rooms in the heritage property are not worth the price. Guests are quite unruly- they eat food at the counters and the restaurant management does not make attempts to control such guests despite of intimating them.

I really enjoyed staying at Taj Cidade De Goa. Taj Cidade Goa Heritage is situated in a quiet yet central part of Goa, offering easy access to Panjim and the beaches. The pool is large, clean, and relaxing with enough space for both families and couples. The private beach area is peaceful and well-kept, perfect for walks or a quiet swim. Special thanks to Reception Manager Mehul for warm, efficient, and thoughtful assistance that made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

It was a very pleasant stay, the room was perfect for a family stay. Nikita from staff helped us for all requirements for family outing and site tour. Food was great at Laranja and Afzul cafe. Staff was very courteous and welcoming. Excellent access to beach was cherry on a cake!! Thank You for your great hospitality.

The stay was awesome. Location is pretty good right next to the beach and food is so good at the property. Breakfast and dinner buffet had good variety and was very tasty. Good hospitality overall.

It was a fantastic property right on the beach. I had visited with my 6year old son and it was an awe inspiring experience. Frankly, we stepped out of the hotel for only 4 hours during our three night stay. There was everything within the property itself. Plus I got a pleasant surprise from make my trip with a cash voucher which was an absolutely fantastic gesture. Overall I would rate this stay as one of the best

whenever you are staying at any Taj property, you can expect hospitality at its finest. they are synonyms to hospitality. our stay was next level fabulous. The team hear at horizon where so thoughtful and helpful. they helped me organise a small but beautiful birthday surprise for my wife. if there's a taj wherever you are going, go for it. The food was mouth watering in every restaurant of this hotel. The pool and private beach just makes things perfection. a beautiful property and amazing helpful team hear.

Where do i start from?? The way we were welcomed to the property gave us great hopes for our stay there and it did not disappoint one bit . Harshali and Ujwal were beyond courteous and helpful during our stay. Loved the overall vibe of the place.
