I had a wonderful stay at Taj Cidade De Goa Heritage resort. The staff was very friendly with the kids making the meal time really easy for us parents. Their private beach is a plus. Even the pool and rooms were top notch. Had a great time there.

Property was good but rooms were average. My wife had some back problem and they won’t have elevator in our part of property and they gave me room at level 5. They refused to change our rooms by saying property is full even there were new clients check in was there after us . A hotel like this without elevator was really a big problem for us . Food was also average .

I was forced to take staircase inspite of repeatedly telling I have leg pain (due to a fracture) and misguided that taking staircase was unavoidable to reach the room while all others who checked in (even after me) were sent in the Buggy. The reality was room no 419 was far which was on the other end. No hospitality. No politeness

We had a fantastic stay at Taj Cidade de Goa. The property is well maintained, the pool and private beach were spotless, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Check-in felt a bit chaotic due to the rush, and the clubhouse and kids’ play area could use more options. Rooms in the heritage property are not worth the price. Guests are quite unruly- they eat food at the counters and the restaurant management does not make attempts to control such guests despite of intimating them.
