The Hanoi E Central Hotel was nice and the manager rose was very helpful and gave the right advice which is very important in a foreign country where language is a barrier. Stayed with family for 4 days and its location is a great advantage. The only issue is limited options for breakfast. Some vegetarian options can be added.

Experience was really nice. All though food options were limited but they were enough for us. Bathroom were clean and more over staff behaviour was soooo good. Really nice hospitality.

Very helpful and kind staff, place is close from all major spots in the city. Spa was a delight. Neat and hygienic the water kettle was dirty we didn’t use it.
