Nice and cozy Hanoi Hotel Royal at the heart of old quarter, staff are very polite and helpful, rooms are comfy and clean, very well maintained. The Hanoi Hotel Royal is very conveniently located and all amenities are nearby. Overall very satisfied and highly recommended.

The rooms was good, breakfast was decent for the price. The staff was polite and helpful. Room size very small but well equipped. Just didn't like the location as it was a very cramped up lane and lot of noise at night from the street below.
