Property's proximity to Times Square is the highlight of the Paramount Hotel. It's hardly 2 to 3 mins walk from Broadway street and 5 mins walk to Times Square. Reception staff are welcoming, and the room is perfect for short stays. Property might be slightly old as compared to other properties in the area, but it was clean and well maintained. They have maintained the charm, which matches the vibe of the area. Staff is also warm and is helpful when asked politely. Concierge and Bell man were also very accommodating. They were quick and responsive in booking my return cab to the airport. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the bar in the Paramount Times Square. However, Pastry restaurant of the property serves one of the best crossaint, but the restaurant staff were a bit rude while serving the breakfast. Overall I would recommend this Paramount Times Square to anyone who is looking for a pocket friendly stay.

Location - 5 / 5 Staff - 4.5 / 5 (very friendly staff, just that the newbies need more training) House keeping - 5 / 5 Lobby - 3 / 5 (ratting it as per the expectation of the brand name) Room size - 5 / 5 as per photos and description on the website Room cleanliness - 4 / 5, Room per se was nice, but I asked for a room with a view. What the view was is not part of the review (blah), but whatever it was I should have been able to see it. The windows weren't clean.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Paramount Times Square. Everything about the Paramount Times Square was exceptional.

The Paramount Times Square is a bit old but can’t complain! but the best thing about this Paramount Times Square is the location which is just around 400meters from time square.

Reception was great. Room was decent but Air condition was making a lot of noise. We raised a concern at the reception desk. They said it will be addressed but didn't see the resolution. Overall experience was good.
