Nice location with Quality of breakfast provided.

Location is great. Found the room to be more compact, it can be more spacious. The complimentary breakfast was good but it can be laid out and displayed in a more proper way. Water bottles provided in the room could have been complimentary. Overall a decent stay.

Hotel is good, people at reception and helping Staff was good, only point of concern was vegetarian option for breakfast was very less. We do understand that in foreign land it is tough to get vegetarian option. L

12 mins walk from Times Square, average property. The rooms are really small, a family of 3 with 3 luggage will find it difficult to walk in the room. There is no closet to put your clothes or hang them. Breakfast was decent Continental, no complaints there.

There was no variety in the breakfast menu. If you are vegetarian, you’ll be dead. The staff is not helpful at all. The rooms were extremely small and like a boat cabin. The basic amenities like dental kit and water was not provided at all. Poor room service. Not value for money at all.

This hotel is really not so well because of so many reasons 1. The staff of the hotel is very much robotic and they do not know even the customer support and handeling. 2. The hotel have no complimentary water in the room even a single water bottle everyday so they charge 6 usd per 500 ml water bottle. 3. The most important about them is their breakfast, this hotel don't have really a breakfast menu which can serve even apace customers. They just put potatoes fried and pork and scrumblled egg everyday and there is no options if you are a vegtarian. I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights but i didn't had the breakfast even for a single day. While they serve the international clients they should keep this in mind having asian options in their menu. We don't even see fresh fruites on the buffett. They have some cut fruits everyday in a small bowl but soaked in some kind of water or liquid which change the taste of fruits and you can't eat it.

Stay was good but they charged usd 100 as deposit and did not return the money. Breakgast was good, rooms were neat

Rooms are very small. The only chair is in one corner and due to space constraints not easy to use. No proper place to keep suitcase. Breakfast in plastic cutlery. I think it is a dent on brand name hyatt. I for got my sealed whisky bottle, on complaining thru i lost my stuff. They say no found

Very nice location ! if you want any day trip from new york, all buses leave at 7-10 mins distance as buses starts at 6:30am. We took day trip to washington and harvard, mit.

Excellent hotel at very important and most sought after location by tourists, with very good facilities and cooperative staff! breakfast was yummy and long stay in lobby even after check out was permitted!

Location was good. However, rooms were very small. The bathroom was too small. Breakfast was average. They used disposable plates and cutlery, and it was cheap. Not value for money property. Not recommended.

This hotel location is very good and easy to accessible. Breakfast in this hotel is good and have many options of veg and non veg.

Our 3rd stay in manhattan area. Pros: amazing location. 39w st/ between 8&9 ave. Manhattan. Hell's kitchen. 10 minute walk to times square 42w/7ave. 20 minutes to central park. Walkable everywhere. Very good and helpful staff both at front office sd well as at the floor level, bell desk etc. Decent though repetitive breakfast buffet. Hot and cold but not made to order. Cons. : very very small rooms and small bathrooms, especially if you have more luggage. We were 3 in a room. Last stop of our 15 day trip across tokyo and usa. It was congested. May try another nearby just for this reason. Otherwise this is also good.
