Our 3rd stay in manhattan area. Pros: amazing location. 39w st/ between 8&9 ave. Manhattan. Hell's kitchen. 10 minute walk to times square 42w/7ave. 20 minutes to central park. Walkable everywhere. Very good and helpful staff both at front office sd well as at the floor level, bell desk etc. Decent though repetitive breakfast buffet. Hot and cold but not made to order. Cons. : very very small rooms and small bathrooms, especially if you have more luggage. We were 3 in a room. Last stop of our 15 day trip across tokyo and usa. It was congested. May try another nearby just for this reason. Otherwise this is also good.

Location is great. Found the room to be more compact, it can be more spacious. The complimentary breakfast was good but it can be laid out and displayed in a more proper way. Water bottles provided in the room could have been complimentary. Overall a decent stay.

Excellent Hyatt Place New York City/Times Square at very important and most sought after location by tourists, with very good facilities and cooperative staff! breakfast was yummy and long stay in lobby even after check out was permitted!

Very nice location ! if you want any day trip from new york, all buses leave at 7-10 mins distance as buses starts at 6:30am. We took day trip to washington and harvard, mit.
