Felt Terrible without Hot water and lift in this stinky and poor place

Don't ever will stay at this property. No hot water in the washrooms. No lift though they are a 5 story building. Stairs are squeezed, risky. Hotel stinky all around. No supportive staff. though they have a great location nearby Times Square. very small and poor quality hotel.
