rat in room was scary no shaving kit and no dental kit were disappointing reception was far away in another building and no phone to contact them

The staff was very rude. The rooms are cleaned once in3 days. There is no phone in the room. One has to call on the hotel land line for any queries. Which turns out to be very expensive for international travelers. No lobby.
