Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London

room was excellent very spacious, room service food was good, check-in was good only problem was the water. we have stayed 4 nights after first night they were not ready to give any water even the 2 bottles in the morning for tea, we called them but they refused, very surprising. Make my trip shoud write to them about this

Location is excellent and at the main centre . Food variety is very good . Amenities and services excellent.

We had a comfortable stay at park plaza Westminster bridge hotel. The 2 key takeaways for us were the location of the hotel as it’s right across the Big Ben which means easy access to the monument, Thames river, the London eye and various attractions like Paddington bear experience. The other was the room size. Our family was of 4 and we were comfortable with the king bed and the sofa cum bed which could very easily accommodate the kids. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London with family and looking for a convenient , central location.

It was worst than horrible. For check only trainees were available and it so long to check in. Despite the fact that rooms with “view “ were available . The same were not given to me. The telephone in room was without sticker indicating the switches/buttons , as to which button for which service . Wrong menu card for “ room service “ was given which was old menu and almost half items were not available. The room service was pathetic long delays. Order placed was delivered after one hour . Beer bottles were given without opener . No water bottles were given. Reception did not pick up calls despite repeated calls. Horrible food . No cleaning , No refills of tea packets for entire 3 days . Very bad experience

The hotel is at the bestest location , Johan at the reception was more than good in providing us with good room and that too adjacent as we had 2 rooms with a quick check in without keeping us wait. Only thing I missed was view from the room , which next time I’ll make sure while booking.

When I reached the property, my booking did not reflect in their systems. It was terrible to wait with a small kid trying to figure out what went wrong after a very long flight. The staff took sometime but sorted it out but I am still surprised that I had to face this situation after booking via MakeMyTrip.. it affects my confidence in booking going further . The hotel is great in location but the food is best described as average. Limited veg options on the breakfast menu. Rooms are okay and not very spacious.

The location is terrific and central. The room was decently sized and clean. But checking in took half an hour because they claimed make my trip had not sent them the reservation, despite their confirming on email that they had indeed received my reservation.

Decided to book this property one day prior to my visit, turned out to be one of the best decisions. Brilliant location, you can see the London Eye and Big Ben from the hotel, literally a 4-min walk. Waterloo underground station is a 5-min walk, all major city buses have a stop nearby. You can also find lime e-bikes closeby. Rooms are comfortable - decent size with good interiors, service is great, facilities like the indoor swimming pool, steam, and the sauna are really the cherry on the top. All in all, will come back and stay here whenever am back in London.

A superb property with equally awesome location. London eye, parliament all walking distance. Breakfast was very good but very less option for indian veg. Hotel ambience was very good, and rooms were cozy. Overall a pleasurable stay.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel upgraded my room.
