Excellent location stuff are friendly but the price is somewhat exaggerated communication with the The Marble Arch Hotel, by Thistle was not good. When i sent an email that i wanted to change some things in the reservation, the response arrived late

Location - excellent. Close to several places we needed to visit cleanliness- very good breakfast- good staff - courteou room size - spacious the only hiccup was that we asked for a dental kit. It took two reminders and an hour to get it

The The Marble Arch Hotel, by Thistle is at a very prime location just next to prim-ark and selfridges, it is an old but well maintained property. Like the gesture of giving complimentary mini bar.

Stay was good. Toilets are small rooms are ok and spacious. I was unable to get early check. Hotel is full of muslim people. U will feel like u are in dubai or muscat not in uk
