The hotel was very accommodating for families. The staff was warm and friendly towards our little one. The room was spacious by London standards, with enough space for our toddler to move around safely. Excellent location—close to public transport, Indian restaurants, and grocery stores. The breakfast spread had a few vegetarian options and was quite satisfying. We appreciated the availability of fruits, cereals, and milk for our toddler. The housekeeping was efficient and maintained the room well throughout our stay.

Good hotel with clean rooms.

The room was clean and tidy and had all the necessary amenities. The reception was extremely courteous. The location of the hotel is walkable to underground stations. The buffet breakfast spread had lot of variety. Overall enjoyed the stay!

Very well located, near hyde park & 5 mins from paddington station. Plenty of food options around the hotel, we did no have any food at the hotel. The room was clean but rather small no place to keep the bags even, bathroom too was compact but clean

Though the room is well equipped with everything one would need, rooms are too small and so are the toilets. Though linen is clean and fresh, intercom doesn’t work or no one answers. The shower didn’t work and there was water spraying in all directions from the tap, the pipe the shower. So i won’t recommend.

Rooms are spacious. No hangers in the cupboard, remote of tv missing, no breakfast options

A very decent hotel with tidy and accurate rooms. Ideal for short stays in London, as well as for long stays. The location is superb, you can get to many iconic places within 10-15 minutes. + Great location. -Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in and smallest shower ever!

Nice location, very close to Lancaster gate station. Room sizes are too small and they look Claustophobic.

I stayed at corus hotel for 2 nights.. The hotel is nice and absolute value for money.. The only problem we faced was that the nearest tube was shut for renovation.. Otherwise nothing to complain.. Special mention and thanks to the lady at reception for helping us with early check in since we had arrived at 10am... And it saved a lot of our time.. Staff was very warm and friendly.. Room was also decent as per London standard.
