PATHETIC, DONT BOOK THIS

I stayed here for 4 nights, and the first 3 nights were absolutely pathetic! The AC wasn’t working, and there was a loud humming noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Despite repeatedly complaining, the reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and kept insisting there were no other rooms available — promising to fix the issue but never doing so. Every night we returned to the same problem. Totally disappointing experience — would never recommend this hotel!
