Waste of time and mone

coupleOverpriced and run down. This place is definitely not value for money. It isn't like the photos. The facade of the hotel is run down, the lobby was fine, our room was clean but very small. The bathroom was the biggest blunder, there was water leaking from the ceiling from 2 different holes, one was actually from the light, electrical hazard, and the toilet seat had yellow pee stains. Upon complaining to the reception, the respective staff member came quite late and once they came, the at first, didn't acknowledge the stains but ultimately cleaned the toilet again. As for the leakage, she said nothing can be done about that, she did offer us a free meal to apologise, nice of her, but that still didn't address my safety concern of water leaking through an electrical point and the constant pool of water on the floor leading to another safety hazard. I called team too but they are a useless bunch. I've had the worst experience previously They just say sorry and take no action, they have no solution and no escalation. In conclusion, do not stay here. Waste of time and money.
