Ac of the room was not working and they knew about it. They did provide table fans but that was not the solution i was looking for. I paid premium for that room. Cleaning of the the rooms happen in the late afternoon when we used to come back after our day trips

We stayed for one night at the hotel. Having heard about the good reputation of hotel I booked it despite the high price. Location was good, right next to Waverly station. Welcome was fine. We had booked a single double bed room. They gave us a room with twin beds joined together, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Room was ill lighted. Few of the light switches were broken and not working. The free WiFi service was there but with very poor signals almost anywhere in the hotel. I had to use WiFi in the toilet where signal was a little better. Breakfast was average with limited options. Overall I think the hotel is overpriced for the facilities it is providing.
