Poor Stay

We recently stayed at your hotel and initially appreciated the location and ambiance. However, our experience took a disappointing turn when we found bedbugs in the bed and insects in both the bed and the toilet. This was not only extremely unhygienic but also quite distressing, especially while we were hoping for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, it ruined our experience of Edinburgh, as we felt uncomfortable and anxious during the rest of our visit. We believe this falls far below the standards expected from a reputable establishment. We’re hoping you will take this matter seriously and provide a fair compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and disruption caused to our trip. Looking forward to your response.
