Very bad

I was forced to stay at this hotel due to lack of properties around Dubai because of high session. As I arrived I discovered that there was no Parking against what was advertise, then I have to wait with my family for the apartment to be ready despite arriving around 3 PM. The apartment had 2 bedrooms with one shared bath and one tiny toilet. The service at this hotel is very bad, I asked for 2 extra pillows upon arrival at 3 PM then I asked again after an hour with no response from the front desk, they just said OK we will get you also the TV was not working and asked them to fix it. Then I had to go out with the family and we returned around mid-night to found that no extra pillows were delivered and the TV was not fixed. Called the reception again and managed to get the pillows. Next day we went out and asked them to fix the TV and to clean the apartment and upon coming back the place was not cleaned and the TV was still not working.

Comparing to price, the hotel is very valuable comparing to the other hotels in the town, rooms are very big and facilities are clean and working according to our expectation, Very near to Cornish and all areas Staff are friendly and helpful

Value for money

+: Close to beach, cheap food places, mini markets; Low accommodation price; Helpful staff. -: Hard traffic everyday to/back Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi. Especially in Sharjah; Very poor wi-fi internet in room, little better in reception; Construction site in neighborhood and prayer 5:30 every morning :) Earplugs highly recommend!
