Bayview Resort Phi Phi Island - Beach Front Resort

The view was stunning. It was a peaceful stay. Little discomfort with the bath area, water flow in drain is very slow that your feet will always be in your own mess . Except that it a good place to try and chill out. If travelling with friends and family you can enjoy beach games. They have beach access so you can dip in as an when you love to do.

Experience was good. Room and view was worth. However, there were not much options in breakfast. Also there was no landline in the room to connect with any of the staff.

We had 2 room's booking. Since Phi Phi Island is isolated, hotels send their representatives to the Jetty, where ferry or speed boats anchor and passengers get down from boats and the representatives of hotel's stand at the Jetty and screams the names of the hotel bearing a placard of their hotel and cheks if anyone booked their hotel is arrived at the Jetty, and if they find the right person, who have valid booking, they request to follow them and take the passengers to the long tail boat, which they parked nearby, but after we got down from our boat neither did we see any person from the hotel waiting for us bearing the placard of their hotel or saw any boat of the hotel parked nearby. Being perplexed we called at the hotel and they didn't respond us satisfactorily. We asked for the hotel location to the locals and managed to reach the hotel. We handed over our booking id and voucher to the hotel and the receptionist told us that we have no valid booking and asked me to cancel the booking, which I did through make my trip and book directly with the hotel. We were at the receiving end and tried to call to the Make my trip but ally calls to the booking platform answered like you can't call this number. My wife asked me to mail to the said booking platform, which I did instantly and within minutes of doing so the hotel representative let me know that my booking is valid and handed me the keys of the two rooms. We entered the room. It was good, and the location was really fantastic but to our astonishment bathroom was unclean and had no shower or bath tub and the pressure of the water was so bad that it took almost 25 minutes to fill a bucket, which the hotel served us on repeated request. I urge to all to not to stay at the hotel and face the night mare situation. Thanks

It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is it’s at the end of the beach and quite a walk from the main pier. And after you have partied a bit on a higher side it gets annoyingly difficult to walk to the hotel and the steep climb to the rooms. It has its private beach. The breakfast was yum and very lavish catering to people from all nationalities. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay friendly staff would definitely recommend it it was fun being here only problem was reception closes by 9

Flush was not working properly and commode choked, also service was pathetic

make my trip failed to confirm my booking with the property in spite of full payment from my end leaving my family in a terrible suffering as the property denied check in to us.

I was forced to stay in wrong room category. Paid for super deluxe see view was provided bad room with no sea view. Room looks. When asked for change hotel staff asked to go else were without any refund. It was evening in another country with a small kid can’t move around. In case of checkout refund was denied

Inconvenience caused because resort staff asked us to stay in differ hotel which was too far after reaching location and also they gave room with two separate beds and was not at all helpful. I dont have images

The hotel staff was not good and not cooperative at all, i had booked 3 rooms and my check in was at 2 pm they provide me only one room at 3:30 pm abed told me that for 2 rooms they required 1 hour more and there was no one from whom we can communicate

Hotel is in good location with great beach. Few things to note: 1. As hotel is up the hill, try to book ocean view room, or else you would need to walk uphill to the room, not ideal 2. ⁠Try reaching hotel atleast by 2 pm, or you might not get room. They get bookings from multiple sites so it is kinda first cum first serve. We saw a agoda booking of US guy get rejected as he came by 4 PM 3. ⁠As hotel is away from town get ready to walk ATLEAST 2 km daily if you want to go there Rest the rooms are spacious and clean with daily housekeeping. Water can be salty so run the tap for a while to get clean water for brushing teeth. Enjoy the Phi phi paradise👌

Decent property with spacious rooms, some have direct ocean views. Views are amazing though. Room feels a little outdated though, but it was neat and clean. Thing to note: this property is 20 min walk away from the pier. Property does have some boat taxi to and from the pier.

1) horrible experience staying at bay view as the villa allotted to us was uphill, it was the last villa of the resort with no room service, they have a whatsapp number but they never answer the calls or reply to messages for any room service. There is no facility to drop you down the steep road. 2) fans don’t work in the room and the bathrooms were very dirty. 3) food at the hotel is bland and they don’t even serve juices.

Made the bookings via makemytrip, when i reached the hotel i came to know that booking wasn’t forwarded to hotel from makemytrip. Mm t team caused a lot of pain and finally was able to get refund after 2 hours of struggle.

The rooms are good and clean, but we didn’t have any intercom so we had to go to the reception or wait for any staff to pass by every time we needed anything. The view of the bay is great during sunsets and since it is right at the end near the cliff, you won’t find a lot of crowd. Since the location is at the end of the beach, you have to walk some way to reach and climb a little bit of steep slope to reach your room. Overall, it was okay for a 2 night stay for the price we paid.

Pathetic experience 1. 5km from port, no direct road to reach hotel, need to go via beach, no restaurant nearby everytime had to walk 1. 5km both way, rooms are far away on mountain top elevation, many customer got denied of checkin inspite of having booking with apologies like we are over booked, no phone at room to call reception, for everything need to climb mountain again, weak wifi at room, rooms in dense forest. Its just too far from everything.

Best location you can find in phi phi, direct access to the beach. Room is quite spacious, we had breakfast there which we found good in taste. Few things i didn't like is their service. No telephone in the room to call. You have to walk a little bit, as the property at the end of the beach. You have to walk also to go to your room if you get a room above the hill( mine was a707. Otherwise you will surely enjoy everything in this property. Will definitely recommend

When we checked in, we were given a room which was quite far away from the reception and literally required hiking skills. There was no shuttle/cab available as well even on request. We entered the room, the ac & fan were not functional. There are no phones in the room so you have to resort to a what's app number to raise any concern or place any orders. Someone came after 20 mins to resolve this issue. Post that, there was a pungent smell in the bathroom as soon as the warm water was used. We placed a request for extra complimentary condiments due to a bad throat, they were not provided. The next day, despite multiple reminders to the staff and at the reception, the room was not cleaned. When we raised a complaint, someone came at 5pm to clean the room. The overall service is very slow, dinner has to be ordered via what's app which takes a lot of time. There are no coffee/hot beverages options available for the in-room dining. The only usp of this resort is the private beach and the boat transfer to pier.
