Excellent location,Very cooperative and helpful male manager during day time and female staff at night also very good and cooperative and all the cleaning staff also helpful .the staff that works here they dnt say no to anything and help you whenever u need them

no service in hotel hotel manager behavior very very very rude it's not good person.very bad experience.i didn't stay again in this hotel

They hardly provide water , location is excellent , services are very poor no staff unhygienic low Wi-Fi hotel is no sound proff vehicle noise also coming you should not recommend this property.. 1 out of 10

its a good one. nothing much to say. good for short time stays. a little noisy at night. no elevators, have more than 5 floors.

This was an excellent experience. The hotel although simple, has everything to be comfortable, cleanliness, friendly staff, is situated in a perfect location right in the middle of a busy happening area and right next to the beach. Few indian restaurants right around the corner. Could see the ocean from our room. We were welcomed very warm and had a perfect service will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a family holiday experience.

Indian restaurant are nearby making it good choice for tourists the property is located in a main location near the beach and walking street making it convenient for the guests to explore the area staff is friendly and helpful

As there was no lift nor any boy to pull our luggage in our out. All bathroom amenities are old and room is ok in front of pattaya beach.

This is the worst experience i have ever had with any property. The property personnel shouted at me for no reason and asked me to leave the property. I don't know whether he was under the influence of alcohol or what. Though i did not stay at the property, i have not been refunded yet.

Really very nice for stay. Staff is very corporative. Very close to walking street. Close to patayya beach. Indian restaurants are very close. Really i enjoy this pleasant stay.

Booked suite room at higher price. When came for checking hotel denied to give that room as all-ready fully booked. They provide me sup room which was lower price

The hotel location is close to walking street the view from the holtel is too good opposite to beach road, the hotel staffs are very helpful and always have smile in their face.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Best hotel in surat thani for india. Location - 5 star service and clean - 5 star the girl at the reception in the morning is very helpful.
