Dream Hotel Pattaya

Room was not clean, smelly and staff were not responsive. I searched property at MMT and after check in i completely unhappy with room condition facilities and staff behaviour.

Very good hotel. Second time I visited It's very good hotel. I visited two times in a year now. The interior of room was modified. Now there won't be any scratches. I enjoyed this hotel.

The hoel staff is worst and they dont have manners how to speak to guest. Further to add there is no telephone in the room hence whenever you eant something, you have to go down to the reception. Specially it is managed by the ladies and they are worst worst worst ever. I strongly recommend you not to book this hotel.

I had high expectations for Dream Hotel, but my stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean when I arrived, and there was a strange smell. The staff was not helpful and seemed uninterested in solving any issues. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and it took hours for someone to come and check it. The breakfast was below average and didn’t have many options. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as there are many better options nearby.

Very very Old hotel Hotel rooms are very old,bathroom looks like public toilet, When check in kindly check bed sheet, Hotel staff very very rude,dnt know how to talk Hotel near by walking street, near by beach. Hotel in good location indian restaurant near by Over all average stay

Amenities: The AC is not cooling properly because the room size is 306 sq. ft., while the installed 1-ton AC has a cooling capacity suitable for only 100–150 sq. ft. There is no electric kettle, even though it is mentioned in the listed amenities. There is no hairdryer. Slippers are not provided. Water is continuously flowing in the commode. There is no telephone in the room. baby lizards were crawling around near the door.

Hotel need renovation badly, rooms size is ok , but shower wasn't working properly, room condition is also below average, only good thing is location is good and this is guest friendly hotel.
