poor hygiene,, and they complaint us .. pillow was so dirty .. but they complaint us ..it was because of us.. and deducted 300 bhat... very bad experience... no proper reply from reception and. housekeeping while we complaint.. very bad

Good ambiance hotal, rooms are specious and clean, room service good. Lift and gym available. Well maintained.

Though hotel seems to be renovated recently, have very spacious room but charging point for mobile was only on near bed and another behind refrigerator. Also this hotel and lot of outside guests in almost every floor and every room so not recommended for families. There is no arrangement for tea coffee in room. In our room phone was not working.
