Evening staff is very rude they are talking with you gery rudely staff is not supportive specially one male is sitting on check-in counter

The freelancer hotel is too bad in condition worst experience in rooms & cleanness no respect for guest no proper information front desk staff requesting for money. No sorry actually i’m out of it
