The Beach Front Resort Pattaya

Location is unbeatable! Just steps from the sand. I could be on the beach in less than two minutes. Perfect for quick dips and sunset strolls.

The property location is in a perfect place and walking street is just 2 km from this property So overall my experience is good

Room had lot of cockroach’s rest was fine..... Bathroom was fine and shower was not so good, water pressure from shower was low ..

Location was good and hotel staff was very good i like how to they are treated they are very corporate and friendly

Good basic hotel with minimal comforts. Nothing worthwhile to write about the room but staff excellent and take cares of your needs. Breakfast is set menu and very disappointing

Worst hotel experience. Receptionist behavior was very rude. No cooperation . We went inside the room and it was smelling like shit . We immediately complain to make my trip and book other hotel to stay . Until now no updates from make my trip for our refund . I hope make my trip team will support its valuable customer.

Not welcome by front desk. Nobody was there to take luggage. When demanded a glass of water she showed the Shop to purchase it. Only one small bottle of 100 ml water given only one porch of tea bag in a day. Multiple more problems.

Room was terrible

The place is right infront of beach, but the rooms and hotel always smells of weed due to people. But the hotel team is maintaining it clean.

I booked this room on 5 th floor . Family suite sea view . At the time of chk in I got different room on 3rd floor which was lower category room .

The booking was misleading, which got is a very bad room. Which had no window or sunlight at any time of the day. No view

We were there in this hotel for 2 days. Location is perfect and just cross the road and you will reach the beach. Very good spot for family. About 1. 8 km from walking street but all the road is full of activities. Break fast is not for indian but can be managed.

The receptionist is a cheater, she sell-ed our double room to someone else and when we went there she said she has no information regarding our stay from mmt, then when we argued little then she gave us a substandard twin room, they are. Cheaters. We were mentally harassed by the receptionist

Location is a fantastic one. Located right on the beach road and next to a lot of food options. But the hotel service is poor. They don’t clean the rooms daily, nor replace water bottles daily etc. They can improve on that.

Given rooms not as standard clear height of room is 5 feet basically this room for masage not for staying no ventilation also otherwise cleaning is ok finally giving more money and booked another room
