Good place with great view but facilities let down

Good place to stay. Property located across the promenade to Jomtien beach. Away from the screaming crowd of Pattaya, this is located on the laid back place of Jomtien beach. Great view from the rooms on higher floor, but no free WiFi, no electric kettle in the room for tea or hot water. Limited choice for buffet breakfast, not much choice for vegetarians even after posting special request for 6 guests. Ants in the room was a shocker. Overall an average stay.

This is very good proparty family atmosphere very close to beach breakfast very delicious only wifi not working reception not good talker nice swiming pool big rooms neat and clean i will recommend

That is highly recommended property i really love it everything was superb only one thing that was horrible that was wifi connection breakfast excellent neat and clean hygienic atmosphere best for couples and family
