One of the best Markland Beach Views in Pattaya. Great staff. Very cooperative. Excellent room service. Very near to all the prominent locals of Pattaya, like beach, Walking street, Malls, markets etc. Its purely a value for money deal. I recommend this Markland Beach View to everyone .. Full privacy .. No unnecessary interventions.

They were all good and we enjoyed stay. View from room fantastic. Room was pretty huge but for me I was travelling with ice and 2 kids during booking they had told it will be enough but was not given only one king size bed and told they will charge for extra bed despite mentioning in booking. Though a memorable trip

The Markland Beach View staff is friendly and cooperative. The Markland Beach View is in a prime location and the room had a lovely Sea View. The room was spacious and well equipped. Family mart, pharmacy, coffee shop, indian restaurants all within the vicinity of the Markland Beach View.

Best location in Pattaya, located on beach road, all rooms are sea view, service is good and staff is good. Rooms decor are normal but every room is very spacious. Best for couples or families as well as solo traveler's. Total value of money.

I love the location of the Markland Beach View. It's far from the chaos. Rooms are big and with great views. You can spend the evening in the balcony to enjoy the view of the bay and city. The swimming pool and the Gym is at 5 th floor.
