Markland Beach View

Rooms and the view are very nice , hotel reception needs renovation. Our stay was comfortable , they can add phone in rooms

You have to ask for the room which has nice city and sea view else they have other rooms too those have only sea view of back side. Rooms are old fashioned with average furniture, one thing that i didn’t like cockroaches at night, there are so many at night in washroom, closet and on floor. But the sea view from the room balcony was amazing and my one of the reasons to book this property.

This perhaps my worst stay so far. Doors broken, no food or hotel facilities, no brll boy, pathetic house keeping. Need refund. Cant pay for distress.

Good view with awesome rooftop and swimming pool. Near to beach, walking street.

Hotel was very good, location is awesome, but problem was no chair to sit in lobby and at checkout we left our luggage because our flight was in night and they charge me for that, in evening we asked to call for taxi driver to the receptionist, although there was a lady at reception who offered her phone to us which was very good gesture, but her male partner is very annoying, we asked chair for few minutes to wait in lobby and he didn't answer and show us the door to wait outside, such a terrible end of such a good hotel.

Very well located hotel. Awesome staff and securiy but its very old. Toilets tubs need renovation. The worst thing which I hate is coackroaches. Rooms have coackroaches. Its sad. Housekeeping is very poor.

The hotel staff is friendly and cooperative. The hotel is in a prime location and the room had a lovely Sea View. The room was spacious and well equipped. Family mart, pharmacy, coffee shop, indian restaurants all within the vicinity of the hotel.

It's not a good hotel to stay, the furniture is old and broken. Bathroom are very dirty, no basic things are there (toothpaste toothbrush, shaving kit and room slippers). Lifts was not working, staff is not at all friendly and don't give any information and very arrogant. This hotel need renovation and not Worth to pay so much. I have checked out in next day and same price I got in holiday inn and also other good options like ibis and all. I will never visit this hotel again. Very dull atmosphere in the room and stinking a lot. Not a good hotel to stay waste of money.

Other than location there is nothing great about the hotel, out dated furniture and poor service

Room quite old but cleaness and seaview every type room. Picture in the TV not clear. The air conditioner very loud. Excellent location (can walk to Central marina by walk about 300 meter) & free car parking. The breakfast is plain

They were all good and we enjoyed stay. View from room fantastic. Room was pretty huge but for me I was travelling with ice and 2 kids during booking they had told it will be enough but was not given only one king size bed and told they will charge for extra bed despite mentioning in booking. Though a memorable trip

One of the best hotels in Pattaya. Great staff. Very cooperative. Excellent room service. Very near to all the prominent locals of Pattaya, like beach, Walking street, Malls, markets etc. Its purely a value for money deal. I recommend this hotel to everyone .. Full privacy .. No unnecessary interventions.

I love the location of the hotel. It's far from the chaos. Rooms are big and with great views. You can spend the evening in the balcony to enjoy the view of the bay and city. The swimming pool and the Gym is at 5 th floor.

Best location in Pattaya, located on beach road, all rooms are sea view, service is good and staff is good. Rooms decor are normal but every room is very spacious. Best for couples or families as well as solo traveler's. Total value of money.
