Excellent Room, excellent Location, but breakfast wasn’t up to the mark for vegetarians and restaurant staff needs to be more courteous

Hotel management is too helpful. The food we get is too aesthetic. And we are able to get our favourite food in vegetarian. We get good services in terms of all the things. The hygiene hotel is maintaining is excellent. I love to stay at the hotel. And I will take the same hotel when I visit again

no housekeeping service very poor.overpriced hotel they had rooms free but they dont allow for chec inn even 30 mins before. horrible staff

The room was smelling. There was a ducting in the room. All over the scratches on the floor. No one picks call on the provided extension numbers.

Room service was very poor and but pool and gaming centre was good best for kids

The view from our room, ocean view suite, was excellent. We enjoyed sunset, sunrise over the sea, from our room balcony itself. The balcony was huge. The bathtub was in the room itself. The sofa and room aesthetics were too good. I have given 4 stars coz the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. Very spacious room. It had a coffee machine too. The location of the hotel is also good. The cafe "fat coco" on the road side also had a great ambience. Although vegetarian options were very less. Also the buffet breakfast was not up to the mark. Even the bakery section in the buffet was average.

We stayed at a-one royal cruise from 13-17sept 2024 in mini suite sea view. Family of two adult one girl child 3 years old. All of us loved the place. For adults- cozy rooms, easy access from beach and market side, great view from room, mesmerising view from fat coco beach side restaurant inside the hotel, three layered swimming pools, gym and great spread of breakfast. For kids- coco play area best a hotel can have, water slides and rides in the pool area looks like a water park, friendly staff. Cons- there is nothing indian on the room dining menu, no milk for the kid in the whole hotel, makes little difficult for indian families for stay.

Good hotel, everything was good, staff is very cooperative. Neat and clean rooms and the whole hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location near the beach. It is also near the shopping malls, massage centers and alcazar show. The checkin was smooth and staff was able to communicate in english clearly. Also they allowed us to do early check in for a charge which was about 50 percent of room charge. However in makemytrip is was clearly mentioned as free early check in during booking. The first day the towels etc kept were clean and new, but second day the towels kept seems to be old and worn down ones, but still clean. We were on a friends trip and opted for twin bed, the room had decent space with a balcony. Breakfast option along with room was expensive and we didn’t opt for it and hence can’t comment on breakfast. Room service ordered was good. The checkout was smooth and they gave till 1:00 pm for checkout and said they will be charging 50% of room rent if beyond 1:00 pm. They said it will take 1 week to refund the security deposit, so yet to receive the charge back in my card

The hotel is right infront of north pattaya beach and a good place for a family to stay. We stayed at the ocean view room and the view was simply wonderful. Checkin was easy anf smooth and, the breakfast menu was vast with different counters for continental, asian, thai, indian and healthy where the food all look delectable.

They placed broken glasses and stained bedsheets to charge you extra money so be attentive when you check in. Pool was closed and alternate pools are far away in different properties. Breakfast is avg. Our room was in bad condition

The property is very nice well maintained but the breakfast is not good at all the room and bathroom are very nice

Rooms are tiny and no privacy in the room, buffet is not good and very limited options, we booked room for four and they gave free buffet to only 2 and charged extra 300 bhat/person for the remaining, poor service

Good location, reception staff olso good, hotel olso quite, close restaurants and beach olso, staff is very friendly

Very poor service and behaviour of staff is very bad i saw one lizard in my room so many cockroaches in room and the staff especially the night staff at reception was absolutely rude and non cooperative

The family room was excellent for three of us. Spacious and clean. Location is great and the pattaya beach is across the road. Amazing pool. Overall a good deal.

Location is near the beach, very good. Breakfast is excellent. Indian restaurant are very near to the hotel.

Rooms are good but poor in service we lost our some important things at hotel & they denied to show a cctv cameras also saying there is no camera
