The Briza Beach Resort Samui

Me and my husband had booked a deluxe room with plunge pool for 7 nights . Absolutely loved The BRIZA Beach Resort . Very helpful staff - the front desk, housekeeping , service , maintainance staff - all of them were polite and always happy to help . Nice big and clean rooms - lovely plunge pool to relax any time of the day . Food was good but could be better . We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be going back . I had a pleasant stay at the Briza Beach Resort. The staff are very helpful, right from the front desk to room service to the staff in the restaurants. The resort is neat and clean. Breakfast is decent and I would suggest getting a room there if you plan Samui.

It’s an excellent property! Rooms are spacious and have great views. Amazing views from the balcony! Good breakfast spread.

Location is excellent as well as staff is very co operative however very few vegetarian choice is available for breakfast

Staff was nice and very helpful but the hotel is old and rooms are not renovated. The property is nice and big but rooms are old.

The hotel is a mix of new and old rooms. I had a higher category room which was very old and is a hostel like condition which i then had to downgrade to a lower category room to be able to have a pleasant experience.

Excellent atmosphere and service. The villa was awesome and we have nice comfortable stay. The pool was very much clean, clear and housekeeping was very good. Thanks briza for excellent experience.

Excellent stay. The staff's behaviour was good. Look out for the ocean view rooms.

Red flag for your vacation. Staff is rude, beds are uncomfortable, you will not get even the basic amenities. And if you ll complain they will simply ignore. I am on a two week long vacation and have checked in many hotels and this was the only pathetic one. Book this hote if you really want to spoil your trip. Staff is rude, non cooperative, even the beach front is not good. You can book any neighbouring property, they have nice beach view.

The property is really good and right by the beach. Had an amazing experience at the stay. Although the wifi network is a little weak and the lighting on the rooms is a little less. Overall the property is worth the money

Enjoyed the stay at Briza resort.. Right on the beach.. Plunge pool was the highlight of our stay.. The room service for the food team was a bit rude but that's just Thai people I say😂.. The property is really well maintained and they just recently renovated their reception.

My experience at this hotel was exceptionally disappointing. On the day of my 5:30 pm flight, we had booked a tour after receiving assurance from the concierge that we would return by 1 pm, allowing ample time for our evening flight. Unfortunately, the tour extended until 3:30 pm, causing us to miss our flight. To add to the frustration, the hotel misplaced our luggage within the premises, leading to a 30-minute search. The hotel staff displayed a remarkable level of negligence and irresponsibility throughout this ordeal. The property itself is vast, requiring considerable walking, including uphill and downhill sections. The beachfront villas were notably poorly maintained, with our porch covered in leaves and sand, and the pool being in a dirty condition. The bathroom, despite occupying significant square footage, was disappointingly subpar. Communication with the front desk proved challenging, as no one answered our calls, and reaching the reception required a considerable walk. Overall, my stay was horrible

Amazing property. Pool is amazing. Beachfront property and staffs are really very nice and helpful.

Terrible for 3 reasons: 1. Whatever was promised like bathtub, pool, etc. Was not provided, hence ruining the entire honeymoon experience. 2. Basic accessories and amenities like jet spray not having water pressure, no hot water from gezer, broken room basins were there in the room, completely unhappy with the experience. 3. Pathetic food, both for order and breakfast, we just had breakfast once, apart from that we skipped the breakfast as the food preparation was not at all upto the mark, inspite of special instructions of not using fish oil, oyster oil, they used the same for food purposes, which was completely unacceptable. I will recommend everyone not to book this resort and look out for other options.

Nice and spacious rooms. Wonderful location with a beach front. Room service is also very good but they should provide more options in the food menu. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

When we arrived, the hotel was under renovation and there was noone to guide us till the reception or carry our bags. Check in was smooth. In the room there was no cupboard. Room was big and spacious but amenities were missing. There was no iron. The entire property is under renovation. The breakfast was pretty average. Location was very good and the beach access was a bonus.

It was good to stay in briza. The location was good. With beach access and near to market. Staff was supportive and humble. Food was good too
