Sheraton Samui Resort

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect — close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What truly stood out was the staff’s attention to detail and their eagerness to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or restaurant service, everyone was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming experience. The property is located not very far off from from the hub of all activity. The rooms of very good and the staff are excellent

The property was well maintained and the room was big and clean with a big balcony and lovely view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the taste was good. The staff was all courteous and helpful.

While it's a sheraton but lacks the view from rooms given not even a partial view of beach. Better pick up property closer or on bo phut beach. For vegetarian they struggled on first day second day managed with some bread preparations. Overall an average stay.

We had booked sea view room, and the view was just breathtaking. Sunrise was just infront of hotel. Food was awesome. Service was too good. Overall very good experience

Nice stay the beach is great place to spend your day. Central mall is 15 mins drive where all the good restaurants and shops are, only 1 mall which is really worth. Hotel staff is amazing the food is good 👍🏻

Very very old design of rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom has no jet in toilet seat. Shower area has no tap only a shower.

One of the bestest hotel to enjoy Koh Samui. Centrally located and easily accessible. Shuttle services inside the property makes you feel royal. Excellent services and the food here is absolutely amazing as well as the breakfast. Must visit hotel is you want to relax and enjoy Koh Samui.
