The Sarann

We had booked a sea front pool villa and the view is amazing. The room is big and very clean. The view from every corner is stunning. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Worth every penny!

It was okay but need maintain plus service was not upto the mark even food taste was not what was expected although villa was pretty still maintenance will be required

So i booked the villa with pool sea view and when I arrived they did not have it and they degraded my room to a jacuzzi one. I was angry but they calmed us down and offered us discounts on spa and gave us food vouchers. Rest everything was good.

Staff were friendly. Hotel location is good right on the main road easily accessible. However our room no was 320 which was at the end of the resort and it was a long walk to and fro ( i wish they had a buggy!

Best ever resort till now, room where luxurious and comfy, and breakfast was having pretty much verity

Good experience: the property is spectacular. Got stunning rooms and views. The pool is just beautiful. Their breakfast is decent as well. Bad experience: the staffs are extremely lazy and grumpy. The restaurants staffs are terrible.

Very helpful staff, good food and beautiful rooms. All amenities including gym, spa, pool, jacuzzi available in the hotel making it a perfect stay for a holiday

The overall experience was great. The rooms are spacious just perfect with your nuclear family. They have everything you need on a vacation. The service is top notch, especially the evening shift lady receptionist is friendly and really helpful. Breakfast at their restaurant is superb. Would recommend 10/10.

Very bad experience i have the staff was so unfriendly, none of them are cooperative and so rude toward the customer, its my special request to indian and asian dont book thai hotel, and dont go in the view of hotel it is very bad really very bad staffs are there

The hotel is located at a calm area! has a common pool. Food was nice! the service was very nice. Polite staff. Best views of the chaweng beach belt

Great location, front view of sea with private pool. Amazing staff. It also has travel desk to support your activities bookings.

Average hotel with expensive rooms demerits 1. Washrooms are open, there is no door 2. Toilet door is not closing properly 3. There is no bath bombs in bath tub 4. No oil provided 5. Dim lighting
