Very poor customer service , we booked for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) during checkin very conveniently the management told us that the child would be charged extra for breakfast. This is the first time I have ever heard this in all my stays in so many hotels where I pre declare regarding my child and pay extra for the booking . All this happened during checkin in , we spoke to the manager Mr Bessie and he was to get back next day but 48 hrs passed and nothing happened. We checked out earlier and moved to another hotel , lost money 3 nights booking with , it was not worth the stay anyway , other hotels are good and better suited plus they are better at service and the whole place is easily accessible by 2 wheelers . Bad service , bad management . Check into a hotel with a better beach
