OZO Chaweng Samui

Very bad hotel dirty stinky bed and especially the guy with yellow hair on reception he need to be removed non smoking hotel at all

We booked oz o chasing based on your ratings but it was highly disappointing. There wee e lizards in the room. Also the room had a pungent smell and dampness. When we complained the staff arranged a dehumidifier which means there were well aware of the issue.

Good location on chaweng beach. Very good breakfast with lots of options, really 4-star level. Sit out areas on the beach available in plenty. Pool was a bit crowded for our liking, so didn't try it. Room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom was spacious but room size was ok. Had a small balcony too for drying clothes. Reception staff were efficient. There are many restaurants nearby and central samui mall is walking distance of 10 min. They upgraded our room to a deluxe one with sea and pool view.

Beautiful beach and amazing pool side. Rooms are very small but cozy. Overall a good experience for a 2 night stay. Walking distance to all the party areas.

Location is good. Everything else is just average. The room size was small for the price they are charging for it. The hotel receptionists were not entirely helpful, and the property does seem crowded. Visit made worth only due to the location of the property.

Overall the resort is good but there is a continuous caution for jelly fishes on the beach because of which you can’t enjoy the beach without fear. Same repetitive boring breakfast with no vegetarian options.

The stay in ozo was excellent, service desk was very helpful and they know to communicate in english breakfast was very good, easy access of beach and pool was good

Excellent location and great staff…..had a chilled out holiday with great spa across and amazing burger restaurant and very clean beach and pool

Location of the property is very good. Very clean pool. Very good variety for breakfast. Staff is polite and helpful.

I stayed at Ozo hotel which is very good hotel rooms good but little bit small in size l had booked king sleep category the room has everything a fridge, kettle bathroom is good in size with all toiletries, also good house keeping, breakfast has good variety even for vegetarians

Samui is always welcoming.
Rooms are small compared to other hotels in Samui.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, excellent location, super clean place with attentive and helpful staff. Beach is lovely. May be the room is a little tight.

The stay was good rooms were neat and clean but lo WiFi connectivity u can find many good hotels at 1/3rd price
The overall experience was average as it was not expected from Ozo group.
