Property is right on the beach with a beautiful beach club as well. The rooms are clean and staff is pretty helpful

Big no. Not value for money and when you enter the room nenu of charges and fines. Horrfying to see this type menu first time. They charged money for some small strain on pillow covers. No choice for international travelers, except to pay. This hotel is associated with Bar and dance club. Till night loud music and not possible to sleep.

Arkbar was located in the main city and the place was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the rooms were beautiful. Everything we need is surrounded around the arkbar from bike rental to travel company to all the nice restaurants. I don't have images

Stay in the beach hotel was good. However there are no smoking rooms. And the room could be slightly bigger. Overall a great experience. Beach facing views and a beach bar with pool

The place was amazing contrary to the reviews about loud music which reaches your room. The party scene at the bar was amazing and would only get better during the peak season. It also has pool for kids and which i really didn’t expect. It’s a no stress place with bare minimum amenities.

The check-in was smooth, the room was fairly big and the bed was comfortable, we had booked premium deluxe room which was on 3rd floor and as they didnt have elevator so that can be problem for few, they dont have any phone in the room but they provide you with whatsapp scanner and you can chat with them there and the response was prompt as once i had locked myself out of the room and requested them over whatsapp to send someone to open my room and their guy was there in no time so very well on that part. Its a party hotel as its poolside party starts at 2 till 1 am but that isnt a problem as such. The hotel is centrally located and its in the heart of chaweng

The location was very remote far from the pier. The stay was amazing. The pool party was incredible. The room was clean. Also the room was near the pool overlooking the beach.

I am not satisfied, no break fast, ac is not working properly. Over priced hotel, you will find better property in this price

It has a wonderful beach front bar and pool. Combined with the sea it creates awesome experience. The food quality and the hygiene is outstanding.

The location of the hotel was excellent with close proximity to the beach and bars and shopping streets. However the staff was a bit unfriendly, the room wasn’t very quite clean, didn’t have basic amenities. Since we’d paid in advance we stayed for two nights and found a better place to move to.

The hotel is located right at the Beach. It was a nice comfortable stay. One thing just that room were a bit small.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times, the staff is friendly, clean rooms and near to night life, even they have their own beach parties. Food at the restaurant is nice.

It's a premium property at a low cost.
