The stay areas plus hotel ambiance is good.

The only bad thing in this hotel is the absence of the elevator. Otherwise, it's a wonderful hotel with best very good facilities. The receptionist and the other staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are maintained very well, cleaned once a day on demand. The location of this hotel is the best. You have Khao San Road and Arthit pier at just 5 mins walk. We had the best stay in our Thiland tour at this hotel. I'll highly recommend if elevator is not a constraint for you.

First of all not happy with the location of the hotel and while allocating room the reception told me that she is allocating room with balcony. After check in surprised to see that the bath room was there in the balcony and the bathroom was an open bathroom, no door, only the curtain was there. We have stayed 2 days and the room was not cleaned for 2 days. Terrible experience I had in Bangkok.

There is not hotel guy to carry luggage.

Worst service for single room the room was so small not even attach bathroom no water bottle and he has taken advance for 6/7 of room size.

Room are too small, cleaning was bad. Always noisy, wash was too bad. Swimming pool is too dirty

Staff is not cooperative and no swimming pool as they have showing on website.
