Every thing was good except the air conditioning

It was a great apartment. The room was spacious and clean with all amenities including microwave and refrigerator. It's worth the money.

Nice location of the hotel. We requested for and got a nice room on the 29th floor so the view was excellent! it was a pleasure to see the sunset and twinkling lights of bangkok at night right from the hotel room. The hotel staff were really nice and accommodating as well. There are convenient stores as well as massage parlors /onsens within walking distance too.

The property is clean and well maintained. It has all basic amenities including kitchen and washing machine. The room is nice and clean. The dining and living room is spacious and well kept. Breakfast didn't had too many options but decent. The fitness centre was also ok and is located on 32nd floor. The staff is very polite and attentive. Overall stay was comfortable.

I recently had my second stay at this hotel, having previously stayed at the berkeley hotel and another nearby establishment. This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and secure environment. The staff is remarkably supportive and always polite. The services provided are both clean and delivered promptly. However, it's worth noting that the breakfast options may not be the most extensive, particularly for vegetarians. Furthermore, it's important to be aware that the restaurant stops serving after 7. 30 pm. One area where the hotel can improve is its internet service. During our stay, we encountered connectivity issues and had to manage our needs independently for a full 24 hours. Despite this, overall, i would consider this a good place to stay in the area, given its serene ambiance and helpful staff.

Great location. Convenience access to 2 buts stations on different lines. Multiple malls within walking distance. Family friendly. Great customer service.

Very nice apartment, and the location is very good, the view from the balcony is stunning.

The hotel is in a very central location and is a great value for money.

Good apartment. Only issue is the lane where hotel is situated is one way. So we need to walk almost 800 meters to get taxi and same at time of return as due to one way taxi route is different.

Urbana is centrally located in Bangkok and very convenient and great place to stay in.

Breakfast needs more vegetarian variety

Perfect for a calm and luxurious stay in a very safe neighbourhood. Very courteous staff.

Air condition not working in one of the two rooms of the family suite. Drainage issue in kitchenette all days of stay. Broken tiles in the swimming pool cause cuts in feet. Jacuzzi out of order.

Great experience at the hotel. Nice and clean. Vaule for money. As well MMT pricing was much lower form of the other websites and the best hotel to visit in Bangkok with Indian food and facilities. . For family it was a great

A complete family hotel, swimming pool, sauna is just awesome, Value for money. Markets and Sky train are quite near by. 7/11 is at your service all the time. I had a absolute fun time with my family and friends. I recommend this place to everyone, Must visit this place again.

Room smelly and a lot of dust, I prefer to set up washroom to be full set, but however I always back to stay with them because all the staff very lovely and helpful. I will recommend to all my connection to stay with them for sure.
