coupleThe matchbox doesn't "match" with the expectations at all. The doors have access card and the bunk beds lights doesn't work without card. No ac vents in bunk beds. No use of ac flowing in lobby at all. Restrooms are not clean and the place is suffocating. The reception area is not so inviting at all and the person is very rude and not helpful. No towels water nothing is provided even after asking. I booked for 2 days but didn't even stay for 2 hours and spent my time outside roaming on the streets. Absolutely no value for money and even there is no partial cancellation or refund policy. If anyone is going for this hostel, do not fall for this by just looking at pics. That will not really help at all. Better you stay on roads rather than this hostel. This is my personal experience others may have different views and opinions.
